A chef prepared, 3, 4 or 6 course meal. Each course is served with the appropriate wine. This unique experience is patterned after the meal a wealthy riverboat traveler would have enjoyed while they traveled up the Big Cypress Bayou to Jefferson, Texas.
This romantic meal is prepared for two and is by reservation only. The menu is set and the price per couple is:
6 course: $300.00
4 course: $250.00
3 course: $200.00
plus 8.25% sales tax.

The Black Swan was warm, intimate, comforting and we felt pleasantly isolated celebrating our 1-year anniversary. The meals were more than impressive and service was top rate. We were talking about the meal for days! The filet and crawfish stack with tomato bisque were really quite outstanding and altogether our night was very special thanks to Christi, Darrell and Chef Reed!!

Dinner was wonderful, the whole experience was better than I can imagine. One prominent aspect of our relationship is my elaborate surprises and this was definitely my wife’s favorite, aside from my proposal of course. The champagne brunch was beyond words. From the moment we walked in we were served like royalty and the muffins, hash brown/bacon soup was exquisite…but, the bread pudding was to die for. I thought my aunt made the best bread pudding ever..I was wrong….yours absolutely melted in my mouth and I can’t wait to come back next year. It will definitely be a tradition for our group!!!
