Texas Corvette Classic Car Club Show ~ June 3-4
The Black Swan was open Friday and Saturday, June 3-4, for the Texas Corvette Classic Car Club event. On Friday, we were open for Happy Hour at 4:00pm, offering wine, beer and our now famous appetizers! On Saturday, we were open for Lunch from 11:00am to 3:00pm, and for Happy Hour beginning at 4:00pm.
We’d like to thank those Corvette enthusiasts that dropped by this weekend!

The Black Swan was open this weekend for Happy Hour on Saturday, starting at 4:00pm. You should have been there for wine, beer and appetizers! Check out our new appetizer menu in the Menu section.
The NEW Black Swan is Open for Pilgrimage!
The Black Swan has been a central landmark in the middle of one of Texas’ most historic towns ~ Jefferson, Texas. We’re making some big changes to make the Black Swan the most inviting location in Jefferson.
We’ll be open for wine, appetizers, and lunch during the Historic Pilgrimage in Jefferson – May 6-8, 2011.
